As a dedicated partner of Rotary, TZELL Youth exchange is thrilled to announce that we have developed a user-friendly online platform tailored specifically for Student Travel. This platform will serve as a centralized hub for tracking the travel and location of your students.
Below please find some detailed instructions to help guide you through this platform.

USERNAME: Your email
PASSWORD: If this is your first time logging in, click on “Reset Password”
* Once your new password is set you will have access to “Where are my Students”
The site will open the default map showing Worldwide Alerts for today.
To view any travel/news alerts for a particular region just click on the alert for more information

Use filters to quickly locate your students.
Scroll to the upper right-hand corner of the map and select filter button
Modify the start and end dates.
- We recommend using a wide date range (May 01 to Aug 31).
- This will enable you to view most, if not all your students
- Go down to company and key in your 4-digit district number and select your district from the drop down list
- We will use district 5080 as an example.
Under Display Your Map Preferences click “Only Travel Alerts in Proximity to Travelers”
Now that you have loaded all your filters click “APPLY”
Your map will now display all your student’s flight segment locations and any alerts (as of today) that may impact your student’s travel plans.
To view any of your students select the Icon Location you want to view.
- If there is more than one student at that location, a list of those students will appear for your selection.
- If only one student is from that location, the itinerary for that student will appear.
- You have the option of selecting the Magnifying Glass Icon at the bottom of the page to view a printable detailed itinerary.
To see a complete list of all your travels select this icon from the blue toolbar:
One you select the “all traveler” icon, all of your students and their flight schedules will display on the screen. From here you have the option to select any student to see their flight plan and detailed itinerary.
