Dear Rotarians and Friends,
Like all of you, Tzell Youth Exchange continues to closely monitor the evolving situation with COVID-19, the Delta Variant and Omicron. We want to take a moment to communicate our efforts and our commitment to provide Rotarians, Exchange Students and Parents our operational plans for the 2022 to 2023 Exchange Program.
We are in the process of updating our website which is expected to be completed by the end of January 2022 providing you with the most updated information on visa requirements and travel restrictions to various countries around the world. For some time, we have been planning to ensure continuity in a variety of different crisis scenarios. To that end, we plan to offer a variety of travel insurance options that will provide trip cancellation and trip delay protection. With robust and tested technology in place, our agents and business professionals can continue their work remotely as necessary. As demonstrated with our efforts of the 2019 to 2020 exchange year, we are fully confident in our systems and our ability to respond to travel needs that arise, wherever students are located around the world. In all other respects, Tzell Youth Exchange is open for business and working as usual for our clients. In the face of these unprecedented challenges, we will do what we do best for our clients: anticipate your travel and visa requirements and provide you with the most updated available information. on travel restrictions relevant to the COVID-19 outbreak.
Most importantly, we want to express our concern for you, your families, the other important people in your lives and our communities. Please let us know if we can assist you in any way.
Stay safe and wishing all the best for you,
Thomas J. Carlsen, CEO, Tzell Youth Exchange
